All loyalty applications of small businesses also appear in the main application “Rewardo,” providing access to a map and the locations of individual venues.

Rewardo currently has clients literally from all over Poland and beyond. It has created several dedicated loyalty applications for businesses from various industries, which helped increase sales of their services and products using the client's branding, without complicating the UX thanks to one consistent design system.
Business Impact
Rewardo is a B2B platform that enables companies to implement their own loyalty applications without the need to build a solution from scratch. The business model was based on two packages:
A dedicated loyalty application with clients’ branding and individually tailored functionality. This solution was aimed at larger chains that wanted to strongly emphasize their own visual identity and build relationships with loyal customers.
The Rewardo loyalty program available to smaller businesses at a lower cost, providing a shared space for many companies, generating cross-selling opportunities and expanding reach.
Thanks to this model, Rewardo increased the value of the technological services offered and expanded its customer portfolio, supporting them in sales growth, retention, and frequency of visits.

Designing a flexible interface that remains consistent despite personalization for different industries and brands.
Ensuring the easiest possible navigation in an application containing ultiple modules: menu, coupons, venue map, levels, events.
Eliminating barriers to using the loyalty program for less tech-savvy users.

Maintaining a high level of customization without creating a fully individual product from scratch each time.

Solutions
Design system
I designed a complete design system: grids, typography, color palette, iconography, interaction patterns - enabling quick adaptation of the interface to a specific company’s branding without affecting ergonomics.
Rewards
I prepared templates for loyalty program modules: points profile, reward redemption, time-limited coupons, level system, gamification.
Buttons CTA
I introduced content hierarchy and simple CTAs supportingthe goals of Rewardo’s clients: “earn points”, “find the nearest location”, “redeem reward”.
Prototyping
I created hi-fi prototypes and tested key user flows. This allowed me to optimize the number of steps and increase interface clarity.
My Role
In the Rewardo project, I was responsible for the entire UI/UX design process. I began with research, analyzing user needs and competing loyalty applications, which allowed me to identify the key motivators for customers and the main barriers in using loyalty programs.
Based on this, I developed personas, customer journeys, and empathy maps. I built a comprehensive design system that enabled scalable and rapid design of new applications for various brands while maintaining a consistent user experience. I designed hi-fi interfaces, developed prototypes, and tested key user paths - optimizing them for intuitiveness, engagement, and accessibility.
I collaborated with the development team and clients, ensuring correct implementation of the designs and alignment with business objectives and branding. I regularly delivered design documentation and recommendations for further iterations, supporting product growth and its effectiveness on the market.
